Every healthy person has experienced emotional distress to some degree in his or her life. It is a healthy response to overwhelming events in our lives. More often than not, when we are well, physically and mentally, we can usually bounce back. When these feelings continue, then additional help is needed.
With acupuncture we have found that many people benefit from an improved sense of well–being and calmness, and are generally better able to cope with life. If you are feeling very stressed, then acupuncture may help you feel less anxious and more relaxed.
In the supportive environment of the treatment room there is time to talk and be heard. Tissues are in plentiful supply if needed.
